Hello,
I also chose a painting done by Jan Van Eyck. I really like his paintings, due to the detail, and the depth. I am wondering in this picture, if she is pregnant. She is holding her stomach and her clothing protrudes. Do you see that too. I am just curious. You linked this picture to humanism perfectly. I enjoyed reading your blog, and am excited because I am learning new artists and now am recognizing their names.
